How to purchase your gift voucher
The gift certificate can be purchased over the phone with Visa or MasterCard or Cheque and delivered via post to your door. Making gift shopping a breeze.

Please let us know if you want one voucher printed per person on the charter as the default is one voucher per charter. We are happy to print out one voucher per person on the charter at no extra cost if requested upon purchase.
Vouchers are sent via post, express post or email
We are happy to express post vouchers if needed and or email a voucher for you to print out yourself if time is a factor.
Vouchers may be purchased as part or full payment toward fishing charters or tours (telephone orders only for part payment vouchers). For example; you can purchase a voucher for $100 to be used towards part payment of a fishing charter or purchase a voucher which pays for two persons on a three person charter. The third person being you who can pay for yourself on the day of the charter.

Term of vouchers
All gift vouchers are valid for a period of twelve months from the purchase date. This is enforced due to possible fluctuations within the economy and to keep a clear track of our records and inventory. To our discretion we may extend a voucher or boarding pass expiry date in the instance where the voucher holder has contacted to request an extension before the voucher is expired. An expiry date extension may in some circumstances effect the value of the voucher.
If Estuary Fishing Tours has a price change during the twelve month period while the voucher is valid no additional fees nor refunds are payable (referring to full charter voucher purchases only not part payment vouchers). For example if a voucher is purchased for $660 being for a two person fishing charter and when the voucher holder books in his/her charter the price has been increased to $700 no extra payments are due as the fishing charter has already been paid for at the previous price. However if the voucher is only for part payment of a fishing charter and we have a price change the voucher is still only valid for the original voucher value.
We don’t mix our charters you book the entire vessel and captain. Our prices change depending on the number of people you have to help make it more affordable for smaller groups. If your voucher is for a one person charter and when you are ready to use your voucher you have more people that would like to join your group (as long as you don’t exceed the maximum passenger limit of 6) we are happy to take your voucher as payment up to the current one person charter value (value as at the time the valid voucher is used) and you just need to pay the difference for the extra passengers on the day of your charter.
